Bio: 2008-2009: Matt played in all 19 games his junior season, starting 14 games. He stepped in to the goalkeeper position when the Braves starting goalkeeper went out hurt at the end of the season. Matt had 26 saves and a 1.89 GAA (goals against average). He had a season high nine saves versus Doane College (9/6) and a season high two assists versus Central Christian College (9/9). 

2007-2008: Walton played in all 17 games last season for the Braves, starting 14. That includes one start in goal OU. He scored one goal and dished out two assists last season.

High School: He lettered three years in soccer for Juneau Douglas High. Walton helped his team to a second place finish at state in 2004 and again in 2006. He was a member of Alaska’s ODP for four years. Walton was an all-state player and was named ASAA Player of the Game in 2006.
