OTTAWA, Kan. - Ottawa University’s cross country and track programs have announced the signing of Tyler Gude to a letter of intent for the 2010-2011 school year. He is from Shawnee, Kan. and attends Mill Valley High School.

Gude earned four letters in cross country, three in track and one in basketball for the Jaguars. He participated in state cross country for four straight seasons. Gude was a two-time all-league performer in cross country. He has a time of 17:23 in the 5K.

Gude is the son of Rich and Liz Gude and plans to major in information technology.
